Countdown to Friendship Games: Short #3

It’s a Saturday before the premier of “My Little Pony:  Equestria Girls:  Friendship Games” (That’s getting long, isn’t it?  How about MLP:   EG:  FG? Nah, that’s still pretty long for an abbreviation. That’s why I’m just calling it, “Friendship Games.” Kind of like “A New Hope”. I don’t have to say “Star Wars:  A New Hope”.  I just say, “A New Hope”, and you know what I mean.  I mean the first movie, which is actually the fourth movie…  Never mind.  Where was I?), which means it’s time for a new EqG short:

Did I miss something at the last Olympics? Because I don’t remember which event required a peacock or owl costume. Like the guy at 1:40 said, “Is it just me, or did things just take a turn towards Weirdsville?” Not to mention dancing, sculpting, pottery, etc.  Then again, maybe this is a point of divergence between our universe and theirs.  Since we already know what events are in the Friendship Games, maybe I should ask which event requires these costumes: archery, roller skating, or motor cross?

Also, is the Bon Bon in this universe actually Secret Agent Sweety Drop?  Maybe she’s a spy kid. Or maybe she’s the undercover school narc! That would make sense if she’s working for Principal Celestia.

This short seemed a bit weird, but we do have “Photo Finished” to look forward to next week.

Did I mention I wish the movie would be showing in the theaters?
